Anyways, with the trip, I had a chance to finally see my cousin Rebecca, who lives in Shanghai. On my previous trip, Rebecca was back in Canada. Unfortunately I missed my parents by a few days, but that's life.
I didn't eat here, but I know that Shanghai is the first place I think of when I picture real Texas barbeque.
We ate at a really tasty restaraunt. The cuisine was spicy-sour, and very good. I still don't like how they prepare most fish in China, however. The bones really annoy me. Here's Rebecca showing off some sort of fruit. It was good, kind of like a sweet grapefruit.
We were there pretty late, and got to see the staff eat their dinner.
Hang Feng and Rebecca.
One of these things is not like the others.
So I'm a giant. What's new.
